기업의 빅데이터 활용의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구
국내는 빅데이터에 대한 관심에 비해 실제 도입되고 활용되고 있는 사례는 초기 단계이며, 빅데 이터 도입과 활용 의도에 관한 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 빅데이터의 활용의도에 미치는 긍 정적, 부정적 요인을 파악하고 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 VAM, DTPB, TOE, UTAUT 연구 모델을 통합하여 빅데이터 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 인과관계를 파악하였다. 지각된 이익은 지각된 가치와 태도에 영향을 미쳤고, 지각된 희생은 지각된 가치에 영향을 미쳤지만, 태도에 미치는 영향은 기각되었다. 사회적 영향은 지각된 가치와 태도에 영 향이 있고, 촉진조건은 태도에 영향을 미쳤다. 빅데이터 조직역량은 인지된 행동 통제에 영향이 있었 고, 지각된 가치와 태도 및 인지된 행동 통제가 빅데이터 활용의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 회사의 규모, 의 사결정 참여, 데이터 분석경험, 빅데이터 도입 계획이 집단간 조절 효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 빅 데이터 활용을 위해 예산확보, 빅데이터에 대한 이해 및 전문가 부족 등 문제에 정부의 직접적인 지 원이 필요하고, 빅데이터 활용을 지원하는 법·제도 개정 및 개선, 세제 지원 정책이 빅데이터 활용에 효과가 있을 것으로 기대한다.
A Study on Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Big Data in Businesses
In Korea, the actual utilization of Big data is limited compared to the interest in Big data, and research on intention to use big data is lacking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive and negative factors affecting the use intention of Big Data and to analyze the variables that affect the use intention. In this study, the relationship between factors influencing big data was investigated by integrating VAM, DTPB, TOE, and UTAUT model. The perceived benefits influenced perceived values a nd attitudes, and perceived sacrifices affected perceived values, but the effects on attitudes were rejected. Social influence influenced perceived values a nd attitudes, and facilitation conditions affected attitudes. The organizational capacity affected the perceived behavioral control, perceived value, attitude and the perceived behavioral control influenced the big data use intention. We confirmed that the size of the company, participation in decision making, data analysis experience, and big data introduction plan are moderating effects. To increase the use of big data, the government needs to provide more direct support, such as securing budgets and funding, lack of understanding of big data, and a shortage of experts. It is expected that revision and improvement of law and system to support big data utilization and tax support policy will be effective for big data utilization.
