블록체인 기반 익명 전자투표 시스템
전자투표는 전자적으로 진행되는 특징으로 인해 공개 검증성을 확보함으로써 투표값 위변조를 막는 것이 매우 중요하며, 동시에 익명성을 만족해야 한다. 이를 위해 거래 내역의 위변조를 방지할 수 있는 블록체인을 이용할 경우 공개 검증성을 만족할 수 있지만, 익명성은 만족하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인과 함께 하이브리드 믹스를 이용하여 공개 검증성과 익명성을 동시에 만 족할 수 있는 전자투표 방식을 제안한다. 제안한 전자투표 방식의 믹스과정은 투표자 믹스와 서버 믹 스로 구성하여 서버에 대한 신뢰가정을 필요로 하지 않는 장점이 있다.
A Blockchain-based Anonymous Electronic Voting System
In electronic voting, prevention of vote tempering is important because every vote is recorded electronically. At the same time, it should satisfies anonymity. Blockchain can be the best solution satisfying public verifiability, however, provides only pseudonymity not anonymity. In this paper, I propose an electronic voting system using blockchain and hybridmix satisfying public verifiability and anonymity. The mix process of the proposed e-voting scheme consists of voter-mix and server-mix, therefore does not require trust assumption of mix server.
