공공부문 클라우드 활용 활성화를 위한 정책 및 기술방안 연구
공공부문에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입을 통해 인프라 비용을 효율화하면서 안정적이고 신뢰성 있 는 공공정보서비스 제공을 위해 노력하고 있다. 클라우드 기술환경은 x86, 리눅스, 오픈소스 플랫폼을 활용하여 기존 정보시스템 환경에 비해 많은 변화가 있다. 정책적으로는 클라우드 우선 활용과 클라 우드 전환사업을 통해 클라우드 활성화가 본격화되고 있어 기술적으로 변화된 환경에서 기술이 잘 적 용될 수 있도록 오픈소스 플랫폼 활용과 클라우드 보안 강화를 위한 연구가 필요하다. 기존의 정보시 스템 구조를 클라우드에 최적화되도록 오픈소스 플랫폼의 클라우드 아키텍처 적용과 마이크로 서비스 아키텍처 도입 등의 연구가 필요하다. 공공부문의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 활성화를 위해서 정책, 기술적 측 면에서의 연구와 신기술적용 등의 노력이 지속해서 필요하다.
A Study on Policies and Technologies to Promote the Use of Cloud Computing in the Public Sector
The public sector is striving to provide stable and reliable public information services while streamlining infrastructure costs through the introduction of cloud computing. The cloud technology environment has many changes compared to the existing information system environment by using x86, Linux, and open source platforms. The cloud first policy and cloud conversion business makes cloud computing begin to develop in earnest. Research is needed to utilize open source platforms and strengthen cloud security so that the technology can be applied well. In order to optimize the existing information system structure for the cloud, the cloud architecture of the open source platform and the introduction of the micro service architecture is necessary. It is necessary to make efforts such as research and application of new technologies in policy and technical aspects continuously.
