교육 시스템에 적합한 하드웨어 규모산정 개선방안 연구
하드웨어 규모산정은 정보시스템의 도입과정에서 예상 수요를 바탕으로 적절한 규모의 성능을 추정하는 것을 의미한다. 기존 조사에 따르면 공공부문의 정보시스템 도입에서 하드웨어는 총 비용의 50%에서 90%를 차지한다고 한다. 따라서 예산의 적절한 집행을 위해 적정 규모의 하드웨어 성능을 예측하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 우리나라는 정보보호 하드웨어 규모산정 지침을 활용하 여 하드웨어 규모산정을 실시하고 있다. 코로나 이후 교육환경은 오프라인 중심에서 온라인-오프라인 혼합형으로 진화하고 있다. 그리고 이를 위해 교육의 정보화 또한 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 교육 시스 템은 기존 시스템과는 달리 사용자가 많고, 사용자가 특정 시점에 집중되며, 또 집중된 사용자 다수가 오퍼레이션을 유발한다는 특징이 있다. 따라서 기존과는 다른 관점의 하드웨어 규모산정이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교육 시스템의 적정한 하드웨어 규모산정을 위해 기존 지침의 개선방안을 제시한 다. 본 논문의 결과는 향후 교육 시스템의 하드웨어 규모산정에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
A study on Improvement of Hardware Sizing Method for E-learning System
Hardware sizing means estimating the performance of an appropriate scale based on the expected demand during the information system introduction process. According to previous research, hardware accounts for 50% to 90% of the total cost in the introduction of information systems in the public sector. Therefore, it can be said that it is important to estimate the hardware performance of an appropriate scale for the proper execution of the budget. Accordingly, Korea is carrying out hardware sizing using the information security hardware sizing guidelines. After Corona, the educational environment is evolving from offline-centered to online-offline hybrid type. And for this purpose, the informatization of education is also actively progressing. Unlike the existing system, the education system has many users, the users are concentrated at a specific point in time, and a large number of concentrated users trigger the operation. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the hardware scale from a different point of view than before. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an improvement plan for the existing guidelines for estimating the appropriate hardware size of the education system. The results of this paper can be used for estimating the hardware scale of the education system in the future.
