학생성공을 지원하는 학습분석 기반 교육지원서비스 아키텍처 설계
학령인구 감소, 4차 산업혁명, COVID-19 등으로 인해 교육은 개인학습에서 네트워크 학습, 지 식 소비자에서 지식 프로슈머, 개별화 학습에서 개인화 학습, 공식 학습에서 비공식 학습, 그리고 개 별지성에서 집단지성으로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이처럼 교육에 대한 전통적 개념과 가치가 변화하면 서 많은 교육 기관들은 데이터 기반의 학습분석과 학생성공에 주목하고 있다. 학습분석은 빅데이터를 기반으로 형성된 개념으로 학습과 학습이 일어나는 환경에 대한 이해 및 최적화를 목적으로 한다. 또 한 학생성공은 국가적·지역적 차이가 있지만, 모든 교육기관의 최우선 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 학생 성공을 지원하는 학습분석 기반의 교육지원서비스 아키텍처를 설계하였다. 이를 위해 학습분석을 기 반으로 개인이나 그룹에 대한 데이터를 분석하는 마이크로 수준, 학과나 단과대학의 데이터를 분석하 는 메조 수준과 학교 전체 데이터를 분석하는 매크로 수준별 융합 프로세스에 따른 분석기법을 제안 하고, 학생이 성공을 경험할 수 있도록 학생 특성, 교내외 활동과 학습 수준에 따라 실질적이고 체계 적인 교육 서비스와 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 아키텍처를 설계하였다. 그리고 설계된 아키텍처를 기 반으로 데이터 기반으로 학생특성과 학습 수준을 분석하여 학생이 성공을 경험할 수 있도록 하는 학 생 맞춤형 학교생활 교과 및 경험 로드맵 서비스를 확인할 수 있었다.
Design of Education Support Service Architecture based on Learning Analysis to Support Student Success
Education is rapidly changing from individual learning to network learning, from knowledge consumer to knowledge prosumer, from individualized learning to personalized learning, from formal learning to informal learning, and from individual to collective intelligence due to the declining school-age population, the 4th industrial revolution and COVID-19, etc. As traditional concepts and values o f education change, many educational institutions have received attention for data-based learning analysis and student success. Learning analysis is a concept formed based on big data and aims to understand and optimize the learning and learning envi-ronment. In addition, student success is a top priority for all educational institutions, despite national and regional differences. In this paper, we designed an educational support service architecture based on learning analysis that supports student success. Based on learning analysis, we proposed an analysis technique according to the convergence process by Micro-level, Meso-level and Macro-level, and designed an architecture that can provide practical and systematic educational services and contents so that students can experience success.
